Project Brief

At the Boro Tower in Tysons, VA, our team completed a full 12th floor buildout for NetApp, a premier data storage and management company. To create a dynamic workspace that fosters collaboration and productivity, NetApp trusted DAVIS to build new open office areas, executive boardrooms, training rooms, and a stunning open concept kitchen and break room.

The polished concrete flooring and exposed ceilings contrast with the high-end ACT shaped ceilings and glass tile backsplashes to create a sense of comfort among employees and a modern aesthetic to welcome visitors. To integrate cutting-edge technology, we assembled a prefabricated Tempest SCIF room off-site that adheres to top-tier security standards. Additionally, our sustainable approach was bolstered by a PoE Solar Trac MechoShade system that surrounds the perimeter curtainwall. This system optimizes natural light usage while reducing energy consumption by using daylight sensors and real-time weather data.

NetApp's new workplace embodies their innovative approach to data management and unwavering dedication to finding solutions.
