DAVIS Celebrates Topping Out at Riggs Crossing Senior Residences!

This month, we gathered with our trade partners and friends to celebrate topping out at the site of the new Riggs Crossing Senior Residences, a visionary project that will soon provide affordable, comfortable, and secure living spaces to independent adults aged 62 and older. Consisting of 93 new units, this development is an essential step towards addressing the pressing need for affordable housing for seniors in the area. The project also marks the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing's (APAH) first venture within the District of Columbia. APAH's extensive experience in developing affordable and sustainable housing solutions has made them a respected authority in the field.
