DAVIS Projects Earn Recognition Across Awards Programs!

In the last couple of months, DAVIS projects have earned some great recognition for their success and innovation!

In August, 80 M Street received the Exceptional Sustainable Technology Award from the U.S. Green Building Council, and WilmerHale received the Best Project award in the Interior/Tenant Improvement category in Engineering News-Record's Mid-Atlantic regional awards program. The 80 M Street redevelopment has made waves has the first commercial office building in DC to feature mass timber, and the WilmerHale fit-out is a beautiful 200,000-SF project located in the law firm's new trophy office space.

Additionally, the Associated Builders and Contractors' Metro Washington chapter honored the best local construction—WilmerHale was again recognized in this program! DAVIS teams representing the International Square Food Hall and BP-DC Office teams also accepted awards. Congratulations to our amazing DAVIS team members on these successful builds.
