Project Brief

Located in the heart of Redbrick's burgeoning Bridge District, this brand-new 13 story residential building will sit on top of a two-level below-grade parking garage and first floor retail space and provide the region with 272 apartment units. Aiming to achieve ILFI's Zero Carbon Certification and LEED® v4.1 Platinum, this building will be a prime space for residents offering unparallel views of Washington DC.

Parcel 5 is slated to be the first full-height mass timber building in DC and, upon its completion, will be the largest on the east coast—this building embodies the sustainable, forward-thinking projects that DAVIS specializes in creating.
