Innovation Town Center at George Mason
Project Brief
The Innovation Town Center Master Plan is designed to connect the existing suburban-style Prince William campus of George Mason University (GM) neighboring Innovation Technology Park, and surrounding residents to create a unified “communiversity.” The pedestrian-oriented mixed-use development will be adjacent to the GM Science and Technology Campus and encourage social interaction and collaboration among residents. The DAVIS team is completing utility work including sewer lines, storm lines, sidewalks and roadways!
