Project Brief

This office renovation project involved a comprehensive transformation of an expansive space for Leidos, a global company that has worked in some of the most advanced areas of science and technology. Our project team took on the demolition and interior buildout of multiple floors, including the Lower Level, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors. The Lower Level of the building houses the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and serves as the epicenter for MEP and IT infrastructure. In addition to electronic laboratories, RF-shielded SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) areas were incorporated to ensure secure handling of sensitive information and confidential projects.

The project had an aggressive timeline, necessitating efficient project management--so, the five floors, along with the roof area, were renovated concurrently. Despite the challenging schedule, all work was successfully completed within six months, ensuring minimal disruption to Leidos' operations.
