Project Brief

In 2017, our project team completed one of the most impressive renovations in Downtown Washington, DC history. This redevelopment for MRP Realty was a major transformation of an occupied eleven-story building, a lobby re-design, and a brand new main street facade. The DAVIS team was able to remove the existing stone and ribbon window facade, install a new unitized curtain wall with terracotta accents, and integrate historic elements of the building, which was designed by architect Gensler.
