1900 K Street Lobby
Project Brief
DAVIS redeveloped the common spaces at 1900 K Street, a striking glass-façade corner building in downtown D.C., through a $1.7M renovation that enhances both functionality and aesthetics. This project modernized the lobby and atrium, upgraded the reception area, and revitalized back-of-house support spaces.
With a scope that included electrical, low-voltage, millwork, ornamental metals, drywall, and glasswork, our team delivered a space that makes an immediate impression.
The custom chandelier, designed by Preciosa consists of 250 suspended strands, each adorned with blown glass globes in crackled and bubbled textures. The total amount of illuminated globes surpassed 1800!
