Project Brief

At 1919 Pennsylvania Avenue, DAVIS completed a unique vertical expansion built with steel and glass that accommodates additional rooftop and tenant space. 1919 Pennsylvania Avenue is located across from DC’s newest culinary landmark, The Square, giving convenient access to some of the capitol’s top chefs. The new rooftop is an incredible experience, with views overlooking James Monroe Park.
