At 601 D St NW, the DAVIS team renovated a 10-story office building by adding a mechanical penthouse and various system replacements, turning it into a state-of-the-art property. Inside the building, we added a spacious bike storage space and fully-equipped penthouse conference room. We also gave the exterior a complete rejuvenation; the new facade projects a sense of warmth, and the refreshed look creates an incredible view from up close and afar.
