Project Brief

Located between the White House and the Capitol, 999 E Street was built in the 1930's in the heart of the Penn Quarter. Douglas Development wanted to revitalize this 9-story office, and they trusted DAVIS to take on that mission. We modernized this building's MEP systems, added a stairwell, and completely upgraded the lobby finishes. STUDIOS Architecture provided the incredible designs that maintain the building's history while infusing it with a burst of modern energy that businesses are craving.
