Completed in Winter 2020, Arrowwood represents the culmination of years of work to make the North Bethesda Town Center complex a transit-oriented urban destination. A joint venture between LCOR and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority(WMATA), this apartment building stands five wood-framed stories tall and includes 294 units for rent, along with a fitness center, clubhouse, and courtyard. DAVIS was trusted to build Arrowwood and delivered a gorgeous apartment complex, complete with a concrete podium and 2 levels of below grade parking.
