Project Brief

DAVIS was responsible for the renovation of 55,000-SF spread across five floors, and 265,000-SF spread across 13 floors at an Arlington building for the Department of State. The project also included upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, including the replacement of the building’s chillers and cooling towers and installation of new switchgear and bus ducts throughout the building!
