The Homer Building Atrium + Conference Amenity
Project Brief
The Homer Building, a historic staple of our nation's capital located a couple blocks from The White House, was in need of some refreshing after expanding from its original footprint in 1990. Our team was able to come in and craft a new two-story conference room out of an existing atrium. In addition, the unused space was converted into a pre-function area and tenant amenity space. We also worked to renovate the preexisting fitness center and expand the rooftop to include a new 2,500-SF indoor amenity space.
