Project Brief

One Bethesda Center is a phased, occupied renovation of a Class-A office building that includes upgrades to the lobby, an elegant interconnecting stair and the addition of new amenities, including a fitness center, a conference center and secure bicycle storage.

The 12-story building is located near the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue, Old Georgetown Road and East-West Highway, and includes several terraces. These new renovations bring a new aesthetic and an element of luxury to the facility.
