Years of work by the General Services Administration (GSA) and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) led to a consolidation of USCIS’ headquarters operation, and their mission was to give their staff a world-class workplace. DAVIS was trusted to take on this monumental task—575,000-SF of space across four floors for an agency with carefully considered operations. Completed in March 2020, USCIS now has a collaborative, comfortable office, complete with an auditorium that any agency can use for meetings and other events. Extensive planning, quick reactions, and a team effort helped us finish this monumental project on schedule.
