The Potomac School - Middle School Modernization

The DAVIS team is constructing Potomac School students a new two-story middle school built for approximately 260 students in grades 4, 5, and 6! The roughly 65,000-SF structure situated between the existing Lower School and Intermediate School buildings will bring the full campus together, creating a more connected experience for students across all grade levels. Construction is currently underway, with completion targeted for Q4 2026.

Additionally, we are completing a phased renovation of the adjacent Arundel Library. Both scopes are being delivered together, ensuring the campus is fully ready to welcome students when the doors open.
