As Vice President – People Operations, Ali uses her organizational expertise and employee-oriented  approach to lead our Human Resources and Learning + Development strategies and vision. She works with our HR and Corporate Knowledge teams to manage the people-focused functions of the organization, focusing on hiring top talent, engaging and developing our employees, and enhancing the DAVIS culture.

Ali has developed her skills through an impressive career that spans multiple industries including commercial real estate, civil engineering and tech.  She is an expert in understanding the business from the inside out and building consensus in a group to implement effective solutions. Ali believes the keys to successful initiatives are partnership, transparency, and trust.
