For over 30 years, Bill has worked on projects of vastly different size and scope. He's seen it all, and no job is too complex for him. Providing oversight for DAVIS' field operations, he blends vision with execution to ensure our goals are met. From the largest DAVIS project, Capital One Block B, to newer projects like Monument Innovation Center, Bill takes on challenges by evaluating problems and developing solutions.
