Dustin entered the world of construction spearheading development across the country for a prominent realty company and has now amassed over two decades building a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, hospitality, and interior construction work. As Project Executive, he takes on the most challenging projects in our region, from pioneering innovative construction methodologies within the Science and Technology sector to orchestrating complex design-build endeavors. Dustin also stands out for his people skills—a natural collaborator, he fosters an environment of open communication and mutual respect, encouraging team members to contribute their unique insights and ideas. Dustin's leadership extends these skills through a commitment to client satisfaction. By working closely with our clients, he ensures project requirements are exceeded, fostering the trust and loyalty that form crucial partnerships. 

Dustin's fearless approach sets him apart as a trailblazer in the industry and guides DAVIS towards continued growth and success. 

Off the jobsite, Dustin commands the sidelines of the soccer field as a supporter and coach for his two young daughters' soccer teams. Otherwise, you may find him on the local waters chasing the next record size bass. Dustin is also an active member of NAIOP Northern Virginia and the American Heart Association.
