In her two decades of industry experience, Leaha has delivered a multitude of projects, from massive, occupied renovations to Class A office buildings to high-end residential condominiums to highly technical data centers, healthcare pavilions, and lab spaces. Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the industry that gives her the confidence to step into any environment with poise. Combining technical expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail with effective communication, Leaha motivates others to reach their highest potential while making clients comfortable through every step of the process from preconstruction to project closeout —her ability to build relationships across all aspects of the industry is simply unmatched. 

Leaha is detail orientated, technically savvy, and has the confidence to lead our teams to success. 

Leaha is committed to helping the industry reach new heights and is involved with The Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence (PACE) as well as the Nonprofit Village. She is also a mother to three young children!
