Steve views the DAVIS employees as his clients, and through strategic process management and innovation without intrusion, he and his team provide us the tools we need to do our work. They have created systems and a network that support everything we do, so work can happen harmoniously between the project site, office and home.

Through relationship and consensus building, Steve has advanced our capabilities in schedule and budget development. The technology and services he has implemented are critical to our daily work and productivity. Regardless of where we do that work, Steve’s foresight and planning provide us with the hardware, software, speed, and access to information necessary for us to build successfully – on and off the site.
