As Preconstruction Executive, Susan collaborates with clients and stakeholders throughout the preconstruction process and works with DAVIS leadership to maintain the excellence of our Precon + Estimating department. Susan optimizes budgets and project plans to ensure our teams are set up for success. Her attention to detail is unmatched, as she assesses costs, risk, profitability and more. With over 20 years of experience at DAVIS, she has worked on a vast portfolio of projects ranging from high-end multi-family residential buildings to government agencies and law firms.  

Susan sets the industry standard for preconstruction analysis—with her on our side, our clients can feel at ease.
