Suzi is an accomplished professional with nearly two decades of experience in the construction and real estate industry—and is DAVIS' dedicated Business Development Manager!  A dynamic leader and relationship-builder, Suzi excels in connecting people and fostering long-term partnerships, always serving as a strong advocate for clients throughout a project’s lifecycle. Her strategic approach focuses on aligning the right teams with the unique needs of every project, building success through collaboration and trust.

A project’s success is the result of a shared vision. Suzi brings the creativity and analytical rigor to ensure that vision is complete even before any contracts are signed. 

Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, she is actively involved in Urban Land Institute (ULI) Washington’s NEXT program where she engages with peers and leaders. Additionally, she works to further the advancement of women in the industry as she serves on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee and has held leadership roles at Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW)’s DC chapter. This year, Suzi is serving as the Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games Co-Chair as part of the annual fundraiser that supports Type 1 Diabetes research and advocacy.

Suzi has an array of talents outside of the office—she once hit a hole-in-one while five months pregnant!
