Discovery House at University of Maryland

Discovery House is a 416 unit, off-campus graduate student housing complex located next to the purple line metro in College Park, MD. The 323,000-SF project will include 741 living spaces and provide access to the university as well as transit, revitalizing the former Leonardtown community into a LEED Silver-certified complex.
