Hickok Cole

Project Brief
Hickok Cole is one of the boldest, most innovative design practices in the DC area. As they've expanded, they decided to move their headquarters to a new space at 301 N Street NE, and they knew they needed a builder that could put together the cutting-edge home they needed. Hickok Cole's new headquarters promotes collaboration, creativity, and will help them reach brand new heights in their new neighborhood.
This historic building, originally home to the National Capital Press Company, was built in 1931! Our build-out preserves the character of the building, while adding some amazing new features. New stairs, wood flooring, and Italian countertop stone make Hickok Cole's new offices feel modern, and the spacious open office concept provides avenues for natural light, sleek finishes, and custom features.
