Project Brief

DAVIS revitalized multiple spaces within the 1400 K Street building, a vibrant property with abundant natural light in the heart of Washington, DC. Our project team brought new life to the lobby and amenity spaces, as well as the main elevator lobby. The lobby and storefront renovation involved a new entrance including the storefront, columns, and glass canopy. This challenging project was completed while keeping the lobby and elevators open to the public!
