Completed in 2020, Ledger is a beautiful 12-story multifamily residential concrete structure, complete with 134 units for rent and 11,000 SF of ground-floor retail in the Union Market district, one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Washington, DC. Ledger’s brick façade represents the blend of history and innovation that makes up the experience residents receive—modern living in a mesmerizing and charming space. DAVIS was trusted to create this experience and delivered an amazing project that also includes three levels of below great parking and over 60 bike stalls!
