A HEALTHY BOOST TO DC'S LOCAL ECONOMY

Nestlé USA, a subsidiary of the global food and beverage company, asked us to lead an interior build-out of their new headquarters and second largest North American location. As experts in constructing HQ’s for companies of all shapes and sizes, DAVIS prides itself on interiors work that goes above and beyond the standard.

Not your ordinary general contractor, DAVIS provided thought leadership early on to guide Nestlé in identifying what features and elements mattered most to them. DAVIS transformed Nestlé's ideas into reality within a relatively short timeframe. The state of the art facility provides space for demonstration, user testing, and lab areas for the development of goods and services. 

With Nestlé's big leap from California to Northern Virginia came 750 jobs, tens of millions of views from the prominent signage atop the building, a transformation of Nestlé's business, and a boost to DC area’s local economy.
