SUMMARY:

The Office Services Coordinator supports the coordination of daily office services operations, serving as a primary point of contact for office‑related requests and logistical needs. This role helps ensure consistent service delivery across mailroom operations, office supplies, shared spaces, and employee move coordination. The Coordinator partners closely with the Office Services team to resolve issues, support onboarding and offboarding logistics, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and the in‑office employee experience. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent  

  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience providing administrative support  

  • Proficiency with office and computer applications experience  

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills 

  • Customer Service skills 

TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:

  • Coordinates daily office services activities, including mailroom operations, supply management, and shared workspace readiness 

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for office‑related requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as appropriate 

  • Supports office moves, workstation setups, and space coordination for employees and teams 

  • Monitors and replenishes office supplies and common‑area inventory, proactively identifying reorder needs 

  • Assists with vendor coordination for office services (e.g., courier services, cleaning, office supplies) 

  • Maintains accurate records related to deliveries, office services requests, and space utilization 

  • Supports onboarding and offboarding logistics related to badges, keys, and workspace access 

  • Mentors Office Services Assistant on daily procedures and service standards 

  • Identifies opportunities to improve office services workflows and employee experience 

  • Sets up and breaks down meeting spaces for meetings and events

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is

$26.44 - $36.06
