Mid-Atlantic General Contractor

As a full-service general contractor, we don’t just build — we focus on the entire project lifecycle from beginning to end. Based in Rockville, Maryland with a satellite office in Philadelphia, we build nearly $1B of construction annually in markets ranging from office buildings and multi-family residential to healthcare and education. And it’s all in the Mid-Atlantic region, a pretty exciting place to be if you ask us!

Explore the invaluable benefits and understand the challenges that come with using drones in construction.

Mass Timber

Mass Timber

Wood building is in the middle of a huge comeback, and by delivering the first mass timber commercial office project in DC, we’re making our impact known. Mass timber’s popularity has rapidly expanded in the last few years as the industry seeks out sustainable and cost-efficient alternatives to building with steel and concrete.

CarbonCure Concrete

President and CEO Jim Davis challenged our project team to push the boundaries of sustainable construction at our Reston Row project in Virginia, so we took that task head-on. CarbonCure Concrete — which uses the process of carbon capture — will capture over 5 million pounds of COgenerated by construction at Reston Row and prevent it from being released into the atmosphere.
