DAVIS Breaks Ground at Monument Innovation Center in Gaithersburg!

Last week, we celebrated breaking ground at Monument Innovation Center, a new 4-story ground-up life science building and laboratory in Gaithersburg, MD! The 135,000-SF construction is developed by Monument Realty, designed by DNC Architects, Inc., and is set to deliver in 2023. Monument Innovation Center will be LEED Gold certified and include electric charging stations, as well as state-of-the-art mechanical and HVAC systems, with a Combination Dedicated Outdoor Air System and VRF system designed for a mix of lab and office space.
