DAVIS Holds Eleventh Annual Charity Golf Tournament!

For the eleventh consecutive year, we held our Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Cattail Creek Country Club in Glenwood, MD! We welcomed 130 participants representing 34 trade and industry partners, and with the help of generous sponsors, over $70,000 was raised.

With the help of our generous sponsors, we were able to raise this money for Capital Area Food Bank and Meritus Health. Thank you to all who participated for their generosity!

Capital Area Food Bank works to address hunger today and create brighter futures tomorrow for more than a million people across the region experiencing food insecurity. As the anchor in the area’s hunger relief infrastructure, the food bank provided nearly 61 million meals to people in need last year by supplying food to hundreds of nonprofit organizations, including Martha’s Table, SOME – So Others Might Eat, DC Central Kitchen, Food for Others, Manna, and others. It also works in partnership with organizations across the region to address hunger’s root causes by pairing food with critical services such as education, health care, and job training. Meritus Health is the largest healthcare provider in Western Maryland, employing nearly 3,000 people, with 500 medical staff members and 250 volunteers. Meritus Health serves over 200,000 residents of the tristate region, which includes Western MD, Southern PA, and the Eastern Panhandle of WV.
