DAVIS Holds Mental Health Safety Stand-Downs Across Projects

Last week, our Human Resources and Environmental Health + Safety teams collaborated to hold four safety stand downs at different DAVIS projects, centered around the topic of mental health. The presentations included knowledge regarding how mental health awareness is especially important in the construction industry, as well as steps to take to identify, treat and improve mental health. 

Construction is physically demanding work, but it is also crucial to address the mental health needs of those in the field. By taking steps to prioritize mental health, construction workers can thrive both personally and professionally.
