DAVIS Intern Experience Nationally Ranked for Fifth Year in a Row

For the 5th consecutive year, we’ve been included in Vault's 100 Best Internships List! It's our priority to provide a valuable and meaningful experience to each of our interns that includes professional development, educational and social opportunities.

Every summer, we implement an all-encompassing internship experience that allows student groups to get the essential learning and skill-building experience they need to kickstart their career the right way. This year, our Human Resources team was able to put together a safe, in-person summer that prepared each student for the working world by giving them firsthand exposure to the daily process of the construction industry. DAVIS interns are part of our team from day one, and through a variety of project types, they engaged in all aspects of construction while building relationships and improving their abilities.

My favorite part of the DAVIS internship was the technical aspect—doing site walks and getting a front row seat for the work being done.
