DAVIS Partnership Symposium

At DAVIS, we believe successful projects are built on strong teamwork. Our Trade Partner Inclusion and Development Manager, Shannon Rulli, led our first Partnership Symposium, designed to introduce newly contracted trade partners to working with us. The event featured in-depth orientations from company leaders on each step of the construction process, from finances to finishing touches. We walked trade partners through key areas such as insurance processes, on-site operations, safety standards, and the technology we use to communicate. The goal was to equip them with a clear understanding of our expectations, resources, and the collaborative approach that drives our success. This new onboarding initiative gave DAVIS and our trade partners the foundation to a build a strong, seamless bond.
