For 60 years, DAVIS has believed that how we build matters just as much as what we build. That mindset has shaped our work throughout the Washington, DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia metro regions, and it’s now guiding our newest chapter in the Carolinas.

Leading the Way in the Carolinas

Building on trusted client relationships from the MidAtlantic, we've officially expanded into North and South Carolina, opening a new office at 1900 South Boulevard in Charlotte. Our presence is already taking shape through several active projects that reflect the region’s energy and long-term vision.

Since 1966, DAVIS has developed a culture of success for all, now building over $1B worth of construction each year. Our efforts in the region are being led by Vice President Chris Hartzler, who brings deep construction experience and a genuine passion for collaboration.

The momentum we’re seeing across the Carolinas makes this an exciting time to grow. We’re looking forward to bringing new ideas to the table, building strong partnerships, and contributing to the region in a meaningful way.
