Celebrating the Grand Opening of Unity Homes at Ballston

This week we joined the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) and other project partners to cut the ribbon at Unity Homes at Ballston, which is bringing 144 affordable apartments to a dense, walkable neighborhood in Arlington, VA, right next to public transit! 

For a century, the Central United Methodist Church (CUMC) has served the area with worship and community services. Unity Homes at Ballston includes CUMC’s brand-new sanctuary space, an early childhood education for approximately 90 children, and a commercial grade community kitchen on the first two floors of the new building—as well as beautiful community amenities. Congratulations to our entire team on completing this gorgeous and critically important project.
