As our Director – Sitework Management, Naresh knows construction top to bottom. He’s an expert project manager and estimator, with a natural ability to build relationships. In fact, Naresh’s relationships with trade partners in the DC area, combined with his local knowledge of underground conditions and environmental issues, are instrumental in subcontractor selection, site-work and foundation design, and budget development. Naresh applies his project and organizational skills, and technical and supervisory insight to negotiate contracts and liaise between partners, clients, and local authorities - ensuring complex site issues are resolved.
