When it comes to large-scale projects, Nick is in his wheelhouse. In nearly two decades at DAVIS, he has taken on builds upwards of 1M-SF. Through several base building renovations in DC’s crowded downtown, Nick hasn’t met a challenge too daunting for him. As Construction Executive, he supervises the construction process, communicating with field team members and ensuring all stakeholders are involved from preconstruction through closeout. His leadership is critical to our success, and in his current role, he prepares the next generation of superintendents to deliver the same DAVIS standard of quality on every jobsite. 

Nick doesn’t just meet expectations; he surpasses them. Clients can breathe easy with him at the helm.
