A prime office space location—just steps from the Reagan National Airport and future pedestrian bridge—was in need of a major revitalization. Our team, in a partnership with JBG Smith, is transforming the first three floors of 2011 Crystal Drive, including selective demolition, architectural enhancements, and systems improvements. These changes bring a more refreshed and functional space to Arlington.
