This demolition and subsequent construction of this Class-A office building is a challenging undertaking; yet another example of our team navigating the complexities of development in a busy downtown. Sandwiched between 12th, 11th, G street, and the existing Marriott hotel, this new building located right above Metro Center will require immense coordination and cooperation between all parties to be completed successfully. The new luxury office space will include first-class amenities such as a pass-through lobby, renovated courtyard, and roof terrace space directly on top of a newly modified below-grade garage space, ensuring a top-of-the-line experience for future tenants.
