Project Brief

The latest phase in the massive Reunion Square development in Anacostia is a 300,000-SF office building at 2201 Shannon Place. Including 7,000-SF of ground retail, five stories of office building space, and a three-level garage, the building is the future site of the DC Department of Health's headquarters! Built to LEED Gold certification standards for core and shell, this space will provide an efficient, high-quality work environment for employees.

Reunion Square is a multi-phase, 1,500,000-SF mixed-used development on 8 acres, and is an exciting step for the progress of Historic Anacostia. We're excited to be a part of the area's economic rebirth. Mayor Muriel Bowser was present for its groundbreaking, and we celebrated the project's topping out earlier this year. Look out for this building to complete in early 2024!
