In the heart of the historic French Quarter district, Hotel Volant is an upcoming 50-room boutique hotel that brings a new level of luxury and hospitality to a bustling downtown.

The existing structure will be demolished to make way for a new four‑story building with a mezzanine level. The hotel’s exterior will incorporate historic architectural elements, including bronze and brass detailing, to complement the district’s established aesthetic while introducing a refined, contemporary presence.

Designed to serve both visitors and the local community, Hotel Volant will feature a range of amenities, including a meeting room, fitness center, and a welcoming lobby space. Be on the lookout for Hotel Volant to complete construction in July 2027!
